Privacy Policy

Three things, and only when you give them to us or visit the site:

• Contact details. Your name, email, and phone number when you submit a trial request or contact form. That's what the form asks for — nothing hidden behind it.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to tell us which pages people visit and where they came from. It runs on the live site only — aggregate patterns, not surveillance.
• Payment data — actually, we don't. All payments run through Stripe Checkout. Your card number goes straight to Stripe and never touches our servers. We only see that a payment succeeded and what it was for.

To do the work you asked us to do. Your contact details let us follow up on your request, schedule your kickoff, and deliver what you bought. Analytics tells us which pages are useful and which need fixing. That's the whole list — we don't build ad profiles and we don't sell data, ever.

Three service providers, each doing one job:

• Stripe — processes payments. They handle your card data under their own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics — receives anonymous-ish usage data via cookies so we can see how the site performs.
• Our CRM — where your form submission lands so a human can actually respond to you.

Nobody else. No data brokers, no list rentals, no "trusted marketing partners."

As long as we're working together, or as long as we reasonably need it to answer your inquiry and keep our books straight. If a lead goes nowhere, it sits in our CRM until we clean house or you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to info@tanexadigital.com does it — no forms, no hoops. We'll confirm once it's done.

The only cookies we set come from Google Analytics 4, and only on the production site. Block them with your browser or an extension and the site works exactly the same.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. We won't quietly expand what we collect.
