Terms of Service

Tanexa Digital, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Founder-led — the person you talk to is the person doing the work. Reach us anytime at info@tanexadigital.com.

Two kinds of things:

• Software platform subscriptions — ongoing monthly services like the AI Voice Employee at $497/mo.
• Done-for-you build packages — one-time projects (websites, launch systems, and the rest of the store), ranging from $297 to $4,997.

What each package includes is spelled out on its store page. If the page says it, it's in scope. If it doesn't, ask us before you buy — we'll give you a straight answer.

All payments run through Stripe Checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions bill monthly until you cancel. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us — see our Privacy Policy for the details.

Simple and fast:

• You pay. Checkout confirms instantly.
• We kick off within 24 hours. You get a kickoff link to book, and we gather what we need from you.
• We build. You review, we refine, we ship.

Our side of the deal is doing the work well and on time. Your side is responding to the kickoff, providing content and feedback when asked, and using what we build lawfully.

You do. On final payment, your site, your content, and everything we built for you belongs to you — full stop. No hostage situations, no rented websites.

One ask in return: we may showcase the work we did for you in our portfolio and marketing. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we won't.

Plain English: we do serious work and stand behind it, but we can't guarantee business outcomes — your results depend on your market, your offer, and a hundred things outside our control. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, downtime caused by third-party services). If something is our fault, our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us for the work in question. Everything is provided "as is" beyond what these terms promise.

Covered in full on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Short version: all sales are final and packages are non-refundable; monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime to stop future billing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If we ever end up in a dispute we can't resolve by talking like adults — which is how we'd prefer to resolve it — it happens under Arizona law.

If we update these terms, we'll change this page and the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the new version.
