Every one-time package in the store — from the $297 tier up to $9,997 — is final and non-refundable. When you purchase, we immediately reserve your slot, kick off your intake, and start the work. That allocation is the reason there are no refunds, in full or in part, once payment is made.

Subscriptions like the AI Voice Employee ($497/mo) work the way subscriptions should:

• Cancel anytime. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees, no retention phone gauntlet.
• Cancellation stops all future billing at the end of your current period. You keep the service through the days you already paid for, and you're never charged again.
• No partial-month refunds or credits. We don't prorate mid-cycle — canceling ends future charges, not the current one.

A non-refundable policy isn't a "you're on your own" policy. If something about your build is off, tell us — fixing it is the whole job, and we'll keep working until it's right. Most "this isn't what I expected" moments we solve faster than any refund would clear.
