Rosa's InstaClean
An established cleaning company with 62 Google reviews and a website that couldn't keep up: the old builder-made site took 8 seconds to show its main content on mobile. We hand-coded the replacement and wired an AI intelligent layer behind it.
The problem
The old site was built on a drag-and-drop page builder that shipped heavy, render-blocking code. Mobile LCP sat at 8.0 seconds with 500ms of blocking time — Google ranked it down and visitors bounced before the page appeared. And when a lead did come through, there was no system following up.
The approach
Rebuild it the right way: every line hand-written in Next.js so the browser has almost nothing to wait on, same brand and warmth, structured for search. Then layer in the intelligence — conversation AI on chat channels, an AI receptionist on calls, and booking wired straight into Tanexa ClientOS so no lead slips.
